Spring is coming! As you plan for spring and summer projects, please remember to use the ACC application process below.
The Architectural and Landscaping Standards were updated in October 2025 by the Executive Board. Please use the Standards posted below in preparation for all submissions. Please note that for ease of use, most projects and maintenance standards only require the primary Standards. If you are contemplating a major project (e.g., new construction, major exterior remodels, and major landscaping revisions) please also consult the Major Projects Addendum.

DownloadThe ACC is now using an online fillable form for applications (see above). This will get your application to the ACC as quickly as possible. However, if the online form doesn't work for your situation, you may also download the PDF below, fill it out with your drawings, attachments, etc. and submit your ACC request to ACCGroup@somersetestates-hoa.com.
