DownloadSomerset Estates is a premier subdivision comprised of 89 custom homes in Niwot, Colorado. Built on a small hill adjacent to open space with extensive trails, Somerset Estates offers forever views of the Flatirons and snow capped Rocky Mountains. While maintaining a rural feel, the neighborhood is within walking distance to award-winning Niwot schools and charming downtown Niwot with easy access to Denver, Boulder, and Longmont. Our community welcomes homeowners and guests from all over to enjoy some of the most spectacular scenery and hospitality in the Front Range.
The Somerset Estates subdivision was created in the 1980's and 1990's and was sold as custom home lots so every home is unique. This beautiful neighborhood includes about 14 acres of common areas that add to the uniqueness of this community. Along with the mature landscaping on individual home lots, the common areas include majestic trees, grass areas, flower beds, and water features. A community swim and tennis club is available to all homeowners as a separate membership (see SSTC tab).
