SEHOA is managed by a dedicated group of volunteers. Two terms are expiring at the Annual Meeting in March. Board members serve two-year terms. While there are no formal requirements to serve on the Board other than being a member of the Association, it's helpful to have some time to dedicate to our community, as well as business or nonprofit experience. Somerset Estates is a premier subdivision comprised of 89 custom homes in Niwot, Colorado. Built on a small hill adjacent to open space with extensive trails, Somerset Estates offers forever views of the Flatirons and snow capped Rocky Mountains. The Somerset Estates subdivision was created in the 1980's and 1990's and was sold as custom home lots so every home is unique. This beautiful neighborhood includes about 14 acres of common areas that add to the uniqueness of this community. Along with the mature landscaping on individual home lots, the common areas include majestic trees, grass areas, flower beds, and water features. A community swim and tennis club is available to all homeowners as a separate membership (see SSTC tab).
