The Somerset Estates subdivision was created in the 1980's and 1990's and was sold as custom home lots so every home is unique. This beautiful neighborhood includes about 14 acres of common areas that add to the uniqueness of this community. Along with the mature landscaping on individual home lots, the common areas include majestic trees, grass areas, flower beds, and water features. A community swim and tennis club is available to all homeowners as a separate membership (see SSTC tab).
