DownloadThe stucco behind the letters on the monuments at Hwy 52 and Longview Dr has been replaced, the letters polished, the lighting above the lettering replaced, and the top of the monuments sealed to prevent further damage. Lights have been added to the trees in the median. Based on homeowner feedback, the plan is to light the median with a simple functional light. Please click on the link below for an idea of how it will look. Homeowner input can be sent to info@somersestates-hoa.com.
